From actual needs, through detailed system requirements analysis and system function module design, the test data management system for series of over-current protection devices in research and development was established according to the variability and professional of test data. And its effective application in enterprises made not only the experimental effi ciency enhanced, but also the technological resources precipited, accumulated and reused, which enhanced the core competence of enterprises.
