Decision-level Target Recognition Expert System based on Fuzzy CLIPS

The advantage of applying fuzzy logic and fuzzy inference technique in expert system to resolve the uncertainty in decision-level target recognition is debated.A new method to perfect the existing target recognition expert system on the basis of fuzzy logic methodology with the expert system tool Fuzzy CLIPS is discussed,the basic steps of fuzzy logic methodology are summarized with the construction of the fuzzy knowledge base presented particularly,a model of fuzzy inference is proposed,the calculation of matching degree is discussed with a group of reliable formula,and the concrete implement of the fuzzy matching algorithm in the instance is given.
