Design and Development of Water Quality Information Sharing System

In view of the situation of water quality monitoring and assessment program in China,the national water quality information sharing system is designed and developed.It uses the Spring Framework as core foundation of its architecture,which can realize the seamless connection with WebGIS platform,to easily implement graphics display,navigation,magnification,reduction,roaming and layer control of water quality assessment information.With middleware techniques,it realizes decoupling the water quality information application layer from presentation layer and the design of the persistence layer,it improves reusability,maintainability and scalability of the system,effectively raises informatization level of national water quality monitoring and assessment program.
