The Farmhouse Reading-room as Platform to Improve Information Literacy for Left-behind Children in Western Rural China

China has built nearly 300,000 Farmhouse Reading-room,covering nearly half of the administrative villages in 2010.Our country has 58 million Left-behind Children in rural China,and 15 million in western rural accounting for 25.86%.The Farmhouse Reading-room that is established on the base of rural communities becomes an important platform for Left-behind Children's information literacy.This paper also discusses the realization of the path of the platform.
