For comprehending the Air Defense Forces Battlefield(ADFB)control system, analyzing analysissitus battlefield conductor ability of factor, building up a model of control capability of ADFB. This article convert ability factors into index sign for the quantity and build up model to mainly including process analysis, index sign system establishment, factor of organize quantity turning, the power heavy calculation etc, and use AHP method, power exponent method to set up a model calculation, end get evaluation model. This article provides a kind of science method for evaluating the control capability of ADFB, thus easy to carry out the ADFB control level analysis and the control of resources effect analysis.
