A Method of Harmonic Current Detection Based on the Instantaneous Reactive-power Theory

Zhu Dong-bai · Harbin Ligong Daxue xuebao · 2001

In this paper, a method of harmonic current detection based on the 3-phase instantaneous reactive-power theory is proposed by making use of the 3 -phase/2-phase coordinate transformation, which is able to deal with the problem of long detective duration. It can be shown from the calculating results that the harmonic current can be detected accurately and rapidly according to the method discussed in this paper. Therefore, this method can be ap- plied for real-time harmonic current detection in place of traditional probe measures.
