Design of Combat Capability Evaluation Method for Mine

For the better evaluation of the combat capability for mine weapon,using the ADC model putted forward by WSEIAC for weapon system's effectiveness evaluation,combining with the operational mission,composition and structure of mine,the availability model,the dependability model and the capability model are established.The evaluation index system of the air-to-ship missile weapon systems' combat effectiveness is established by applying the system engineering theory,the calculation methods of each layer index weight are designed by applying the improved analytic hierarchy process.The methods of ensuring membership of index are designed.This method can effectively evaluate the combat capability of mine weapon to the real application proof.
