Reforming the sentencing means regularly by applying the methods of the computer,subdividing and estimating the statutory sentence of the given crime in the special provisions of the criminal law,and limiting the judges' discretionary power in the criminal litigation properly could basically avoid the sentencing warp and realize the judicial justice.The article advocates fixing on the sentencing benchmark and seek the scientific method and approach of the regular sentencing by applying the method of the demonstration analysis.
