Fault Diagnosis Research for Bogie Based on Rough Set

The fault diagnosis of bogie is an important aspect of monitoring passenger car′s safety.Since fault diagnosis of bogie is difficult,this paper applied rough set theory to solve the problem.Based on rough set theory,this paper also introduces the process and instance of fault diagnosis of bogie.By the reduced algorithms of rough set theory,the key features of bogie can be gotten to make diagnosis easy.Rules are extracted and put into knowledge base.The fault diagnosis is processed according to rules in knowledge base.This method is important to diagnose the fault and running state of bogie.
