An UUT-Oriented Automatic Test Information Model

According to problems faced by giant and complex equipment measurement like large quantity of measured equipments,diverse measured signals and measured requirements,establish an UUT-oriented automatic test information model,which consists of resources information model,test item information model and test data information model.By modeling the UUT test information required by test procedures,the one-to-one relationship among UUT,TPS and test information models are established.Thus,modularization and replanting of the software are guaranteed and,difficulties and costs of development and maintenance of the test software are reduced.
