Summarization of Development of the Modern Fault Diagnosis Method of Analog Circuit

In recent years the fault diagnosis technique of analog circuit is developed rapidly, and has led to many new results. In this paper, firstly, some important issues in this area, including expert system, neural network, fuzzy theory, wavelet transform and their application in fault diagnosis of analog circuit, are elaborated. The emphasis is focused on summarization work by the author, such as main principle, respective advantage and disadvantage and presented development of above new theories and methods. Secondly, some other intelligent methods and their applications are also described. Finally, the development trend of the fault diagnosis technology of analog Circuit is also presented.
