Application of Cloud Theory to Effect evaluation of Coordinated-air Defense of Warships

The qualitative and quantitative indexes are both included in the evaluating process of comprehensive effectiveness for coordinated-air defense of warships,which is difficulty for processing of index.The cloud gravity center theory can cope with this problem accurately,which includes qualitative index and quantitative index in the index system.This paper builds up the index system to effect evaluation of coordinated-air defense of warships,based on this,the cloud center of gravity evaluation method in the cloud theory is introduced.Combining the instance,it has verified the validity and science of this method.
