Based on the recent development of embedded biological and medical instruments and virtual instruments technology,the paper suggests the design idea of Ethernet network dealing with the biological and medical instru-ments.The aim is to utilize the conception of virtual instrument to make up and solve the deficiency currently residing in the costly and traditional medical treatment instrument,and to seek a new way to suit the development of the com-mercial business and the network in the medical instruments.Thus it will supply the service and direction for the de-velopment in the area of the biological and medical instruments.
