A professional documentation management system is conducive to the standardization of information systems management consulting firms,and promoting services standardization;in understanding the development of Information System Engineering on the basis of the status quo,the system is described to introduce the system resources types,user types and system architecture,respectively,from the classification system management,rights management,data management,information retrieval and statistical analysis of five aspects of the system's main function of the design and implementation;the use of Web2.0 technologies and java programming language,developed a document management system for the supervision of enterprise information systems and information technology projects a professional business management system,to further promote the IT service industry.
