Research for the Application of 3S Technology in Land-use Resource Management

Traditional land resource management has been a bit inadequate,and calls for new technology to change this dilemma.In recent years,Remote Sensing(RS),Geographic Information Systems(GIS),Global Positioning System(GPS) have been the key technology of digital land to meet the needs of modern land resources management and greatly enhance the technological level of land resources management.In this paper,by discussing the necessity of GIS-based 3S integration,technical support and development prospects the land use applications of 3S integrated technology will be studied.
