Comparing Multi leve Algorithm of the Model of Intermediate or Long term Prediction and Application

Based on the principle of self organization, a system with multilayer algorithm is given. It mainly solves the problems of complex system modeling and intermediate term or long term prediction. The result shows that the high of the leve of algorithm, the better the result of prediction.
