Design and Implementation of Ground Data Storage and Management System for Earth Resources Satellite

MVC(Model-View-Controller) design pattern was demonstrated to be one of the valid software development pattern which separates data display and flow control from data processing process. By using MVC design pattern, the process of software development can be simplified, and the flexibility, expansibility and maintainability of the software can be improved. And finally, high quality of the software can be obtained. Combining the object-oriented MVC pattern with the characteristic of Earth Resources Satellite data, this paper puts forward and expounds a method of designing ground data storage management system for Earth Resources Satellite based on MVC pattern. This method has been applied in the engineering construction of ground system of Earth Resources Satellite. Up to now, the ground processing system works well, which shows that the design method for ground data storage management system based on the MVC pattern is reasonable and feasible.
