Hahn-Banach theorem on Menger PN space

A definition of linear operator norm in Menger PN space was introduced.By means of the norm of linear operators,the norm property of probabilistic strong bounded operator on Menger PN space was further studied, and Hahn-Banach norm-preserving prolongation theorems were obtained on a class of Menger PN space.
