Research and Implementation of Forms Authentication Based on XML

By analyzing features and working principles of Forms authenticate provided by ASP.NET,the steps in which Forms authentication based on XML is realized in the Web applications are researched.Use of the users′ credentials information in XML file realizes the procedure design of Web applications′ Forms authentication to the resources which refuse to be visited anonymously.The examples taken in the thesis show it can simplify the design of the users′ authentication module in the Web application and better usage in the Web application to use Forms authentication based on XML.
