Based the optimized L-M arithmetic of neural network,the paper advances a model to predict the spreading of EV71.By emulating on MATLAB,the conclusion is exactly the same with current data in Fuyang.L-M arithmetic of neural network overcame the slow astringency of BF arithmetic of neural network,and through training,the model has the trait of validity and applicability.
