Network and portable storage device are the two main ways to disseminate security threats. the architecture and design principles of Trusted Network Connect(TNC) are introduced,a trusted USB storage device management programs is given based on TNC, a better trusted architecture is created to prevent the security threats spreaded through the network and mobile storage from the source.
