A New Algorithm of Pulsar Signal Recognition

A new algorithm based on S-transform is proposed for accurately and fast recognizing the pulsars' signals in this paper.It is verified by simulation results that the time-frequency distribution of pulsars' signal based on S-transform is basically invariant with different observed frequencies and signal-noise ratios.Based on these constant signatures,the minimum standardized Euclidean distance classifier is employed to classify pulsars' signals.Finally,the experimental results show that the proposed method has good noise immunity,higher recognition rate and fast processing speed.
