Assessment of the Relative Efficiency of Input and Output in Science & Technology of Guangdong Province——Positive Analysis Based on DEA

According to the actual situation of input and output in science technology of Guangdong province,this paper establishes the index system of input and output in science technology in time series.The paper uses Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)to estimate the relative efficiency of input and output in science technology from 1995 to 2008 in Guangdong province.The result shows that the relative efficiency of input and output in science technology is relatively higher in recent years.At last the paper suggests how to further improve the relative efficiency of input and output in science technology.
