The design of high performance weak current integrated amplifier

A design method of high performance weak current integrated amplifier using ICL7650 operational amplifier is introduced. The operating principle of circuits and the step of improving amplifier's performance are illustrated. Finally, the experimental results are given. The amplifier has programmable measurement range of 10~(-9)~10~(-12)A, automatic zero-correction, accurate measurement, and good stability.
