Research on Affecting Factors of Secrecy Management Based on SEM

Management on secret-related personnel is the core of secrecy management.The effect can be measured through three factors that are inside of the personnel's secrecy quality: secrecy skill,secrecy consciousness and operation custom.These three factors are affected by five outer factors: participation,responsibility,management,communication and side-effect.Structural equation model(SEM) which is built based on data collected through questionnaire that are used to analysis the relationship among those factors.Modeling result reveals that responsibility and participation have the most direct impact on secrecy quality,communication makes the biggest contribution to secrecy skill,and all factors can directly or indirectly affect the operation custom.
