Polyurethane/polyvinylidene difluoride(PU/PVDF) blend hollow fiber membranes were prepared by melting-spinning and drawing. The influence of drawing on the structure of membrane was analyzed. The pressure-responsibility of the membrane was analyized by the relationships of water flux and transmembrane pressure and the different pressure-responsibility property of the membrane with different draw ratio was also studied. Results showed that drawing improved the permeability of the interfacial micro-voids of the membranes, and thus increased the water flux of the membranes. With the increasing in draw ratio, the reversion property of the interfacial micro-voids of the PU/PVDF blend hollow fiber membrane is also improved.
