Improvement Research on the RF Power Amplifier for CDMA Base Station

The basic configuration of the radio frequency (RF) power amplifier for code division multiple access (CDMA) base station is introduced and the pre-distortion technology is used for the power amplifier design. Through proper locating of the connectors and changing the length of the delay lines, the phase deviation is minimized. The test results show that the improvement measures are efficient. This provides a solid basis for raising the good product rate of radio frequency power amplifier for base station.
