Improvement of cotton protein electrophoresis technology

This experiment adopted 50 cotton germ plasm materials that have been cultivated for many years and utilized improved protein electrophoresis technology to classify cotton varieties, found core germ plasm. After improving, the technology would shorten the period about 2.5 hours of whole procedure, and its feasibility and repetition are right.
