Research on Document Management and Retrieval System for Remote Service of Complex Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

Due to the complex structures,high technology content and high degree of integration,the document management and retrieval systems have great significant values to improve the remote service capabilities of complex equipment manufacturing enterprises.The practical problems and the corresponding key implementation technology of document management were analyzed,and the subject retrieval algorithm of maintenance case base was discussed.Based on J2EE distributed architecture and B/S mode and integrated Lucene full-text retrieval engine,Chinese word segmentation,workflow and database technology,a document management and retrieval prototypesystem for complex equipment manufacturing enterprises remote service was developed and a related running instance was provided.
