Secure identity-based encryption scheme without random oracles

This paper proposed an efficient hierarchical identity-based encryption scheme.Based on the scheme and a strong one-time signature scheme,it presented a secure identity-based encryption scheme,which was proved to be secure under the decisional bilinear Diffie-Hellman assumption without random oracles.It is secure against adaptive chosen-ciphertext attacks.
