According to the working responsibility heart is not strong problem under the condition of market economy part editor,the author analyzed the two aspects of internal and external causes,and focused on internal analysis from the three aspects,i. e.,birth of ability from doing,intention to bearing at ease,competency from liability. It provided reference for the editors to be talented editors.
