Measurement and Construct with Inclusion Degree for Priority of Interval Numbers

In this paper, we introduce notions of inclusion degree and partial inclusion degree and point out the possibility degree in paper is an inclusion degree. Based on this, We construct a kind of inclusion degree with Trianglemode and establish methods to measurement between interval numbers. At the end, we give illustrations from paper and gain satisfying results.
