To solve the problem of carton fomer in the 20,000 bph beer packaging product-line, using the servo-motor's closed loop control system and bus-mastering technology, recorded and reset the pulse data of servo-motor, combined with the sequence of the packing machines'motion, to control the machines'motion accurate with the program to fufill the fomer, hemline fold and bottom sealing etc. at the different working positions. It also improved the speed of the machine, meet with the demand of the 20,000 bph product packaging line.
