A Study of the Cloud Neural Network and Its Approximation Properties

This paper makes great efforts to analyze the uncertainty reasoning mechanism based on the traditional cloud theory,propose a cloud neural network model by integrating cloud theory and neural network,and prove the universal approximation properties of cloud neural network model.The result of simulation shows that the outputs of cloud neural network are basically in accord with those of the approximated function.
