Study on the Physiological Character of Rose Chinese

The Li-6400 Portable Photosynthesis System was used to study the net photosynthetic rate,illumination,air temperature,humidity,CO_2 condencity,transpiration and stomatal conductance of Rose.The results showed as following:(1)the net photosythesis rate of Red France rose demonstrated one peak curve without depression at the noon.That wa because this test was taken in greenhouse,the illumination was decreased by the sunshade net so the illumination at the noon was not very strong,and Red France hadn't the phenomenon of depression at the noon.In the environmental factors,the illumination was the most remarkable factor.(2)the change of transpiration did not demonstrate two peaks obviously and main factors which affected the transpiration were air temperature and illumination.(3)the change of stomatal conductance demonstrated two peaks unsymmetrically and air temperature affected it remarkably.
