Swing Device and Controlling System in a Forming Machine

In this paper, the force feedback working principle of the one-step way container head cold spinning machine was discussed. The swing device and the constant power self-synchronous controlling system, which can do volume speeding with pump-motor, were designed. Thus make the whole machine featuring simple, reliable, reasonable and stable. Then the system can be widely applied to other similar kinds of equipment because of its economic benefits.
