The resettlement fund in the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is huge and the financial accounting is a heavy work.In order to get rid of the heavy calculating and register,the resettle management department realized the accounting computerization step by step.Considering the accounting audit of resettlement fund in new situation,the methods and countermeasures are discussed.
