Performance evaluation methodology for distributed data fusion system

A performance evaluation methodology for distributed data fusion system is presented.Firstly a framework of performance evaluation is proposed.It has four first level targets,each of which has several second level targets.Then an experiment based on a distributed vessel data fusion system is developed.The details of our experiment are also given and the results show the effectiveness of our methodology.
