Designing Water Resources Management Information System Conceptual Model Based on CAS

The water resources system is a complex adaptive system(CAS),therefore,we can design water resources management information system conceptual model based on CAS.According to the agent evolution,the water resource information system needs contain information gathering module,information transfer module and decision supporting module at least.The agent's adaptive evolution is the basic motive of the CAS evolution,we need construct micro management information system for every agent,the water resources management information system is the coupling of every micro management information system.
