Techniques on maintaining database integrity in the development of information systems

Database integrity is one of the key issues in database design and development of database applications. To solving the problems existed in the traditional methods of maintaining SQL database integrity, this paper proposes alternative techniques based on trigger and stored procedure, which are further explained through practical examples.
