Development and Application of Type DDS-1 Numerical Control Casagrande Disc

Newly developed numerical control casagrande disc is consistent with the normal manumotive casagrande disc in principle.Based on the normal device,the develoed casagrande disc was installed with standard striking speed electrocircuit and many other numerical control circuitries.So,the mistakes caused by manual operation on the normal casagrande disc were decreased.The physical design and performance of model casagrande disc achieved the expected target.As the result of the comparative tests,numerical control casagrande disc was able to satisfy the accuracy of the experiment index in liquid limit test.This method offers advantages in increasing the experiment efficiency,improving the intellectualized level and decreasing the working intensity.
