Research on GPS RTK Technology to Monitor the Dynamic Coastal Dunes

According to the sand dunes terrain's characteristics,this paper explores and practices the basic sand RTK surveying methods and steps,then assesses the elevation for RTK accuracy in the range of error of 2~7cm through making use of total station about mm precision-class,proves that RTK precision can satisfy the quest of the sand dunes dynamic monitor.The results of data analysis indicated that the dune high degree on the south side of the new hatch is lowering and moving southwest.
