Design and Implementation of Memory Management Unit in Full System Simulation Environment

As one of the few interfaces through which the architecture and operating system interact directly,the simulation of Mem- ory Management Unit requires high performance and extensibility which are especially important in full system simulation environ- ment.This paper describes the design and implementation of the Memory Management Unit of full system simulation framework Sim- Soc relying upon SystemC and transaction level modeling for flexibility and meanwhile archiving high memory access speed by variant improving method.
