Design of High Performance-cost Ratio Storage System for Streaming Server

This paper introduces the design of a high performance-cost ratio tertiary storage system for streaming server,gives a whole program data replacement mode and a Least Frequently Used weight relating to time (LFUT) data replacement algorithm for guaranteeing enough quality of service,and then illustrates the high performance-cost ratio with an instance.
