Research on precise warning of meteorological disasters in electric network system

It is given a research on the way of thinking and method of how to apply Engineering Design Database of electric network to monitoring and warning system of meteorological disasters,provided the systematic frame for Precise Warning System,and given a detailed analysis on realization of the precise warning functions of the system.It also puts forward a concept of positioning of weak part in electric network system in CBR(Case-Based Reasoning),and provides a new method for precise monitoring and warning of meteorological disasters in electric network system.
