The Exterior Token of Machine Internal Fault—abnormal Sound

In this paper, The author puts forward the conception of “abnormal sound” in machine noise, divides machine noise into two kinds, that are basic noise and abnormal sound, discusses the mechanism and testing method of abnormal sound. For a group of grinding wheel machines, We have explored the corresponding relationship between abnormal sound and machine fault, and also pointed out the resolving method of the machine fault.
