In this paper, Using DSP TMS320 VC549 realize the detection of mine weak signals based on chaos theory. Through ana-lyzing the characteristics of Duffing oscillator and its intermittent chaos mechanics, it was concluded that a method of using zero-pass ratio to distinguish intermitent chaotic motion and evaluate its period. Combined with the advantage of DSP, it is established the sys-tem of Weak Signals detection based on DSP and chaos theory, and design corresponding software. Finally, it is conducted experi-ments to different sinusoidal periodic signals. Its results show that the system is feasible and effective, By modifying the driving fre-quency, it fit for detecting weak sinusoidal signals with any frequency.
