Philosophic Basis of Weng Wenbo's Information Prediction Science

Mr Weng Wenbo is one famous scientist in petroleum geology.His theory of information prediction science has been effectively used in the aspects of natural disaster prediction,the evaluation of oil-gas storage amount,and the fluctuation of oil price.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the philosophical origin and epistemological basis of his information prediction science,and thus showing the significance of his information prediction science in philosophy.
