Power line interference suppression in data acquisition system with sound card

Power line interference with the great noise to signal ratio is existing in data acquisition system with sound card on Labwindows/CVI development platform,for the purpose of solving this problem,an IIR digital filtering method based on partial overlapped sampling is put forward,and for the practical applications,a consecutive filtering of sampling sequence is implemented.The result shows:it improves the signal to noise ratio and suppresses the power line interference,moreover it is simple and effective,it can provide reference for the application such as based on Labwindows/CVI development platform for data acquisition and filtering processing etc.
