Express Matrix to the Product of Matrices on Local Rings

It is one of the elementary problems in 〈Matrix〉 to express matrix to the product of matrices.Some matrix methods could be concrete operated only by the handling of the problem also.But the problem does not have the result in the very general rings.In this article,we discuss the problem on local rings.
